Greetings all! My name is Erik and I have been using breathwork in some form or another for several years as it has helped me through all of my difficult times as an adult. I tell people every chance I get about how important their breath is. I live in South Central Pennsylvania and aside from being ridiculously passionate about breathwork, I ride my bike, mountain and gravel, to an obsessive degree. It is my happy place where I happily breath all types of rhythms and patterns. The most interesting place I took meditative breaths was at the rim of the Grand Canyon along out along the edge...the Universe spoke to me during that moment...I think about it every day. Cheers 🤙

I have realized nothing in my life has not been curated, I have had multiple people tell me I have been trapped in my own "Truman Show" for a long time but I had no idea I as in a show or a movie. I was told My image and clones of me have been sold into pornography from a young man Joshua Johnson of our home town Idaho Springs in Colorado. I was also told everyone in my life sold me into porn or such to "save" my life since 2010 when I went to Greece to represent a film I was one of the producers on entitled "Beauty Mark." Not that it matters but I have never sold my body, I have been consciously in pornography, and I was faithfully devoted and never cheated (though would not even cross my mind) to my former partner and Father of our three children of 23+ years. Yet I endured extreme abuse and suffering my whole relationship from him. So I turned all my energy to healing and being the best I could be for that day, living as Tolle's book "The Power of Now."

I’ve done quite a lot of inner child healing, but I still found there were more things to heal, surprisingly.... Without looking into our wounds (like absence of parents, etc.), we can sometimes misunderstand why we make certain decisions in business or why we are attracted to certain people with certain “futures.” For the majority of my life, I was searching in the people I wanted to work with for something I felt was missing—something I had hoped to receive from my parents as a child. That pattern stopped with this realization and inner child healing that makes you simply freer. Once you see it, you no longer need other people to fulfill a void from your childhood. Instead, you begin to become your own guide, parent, and mentor—and truly believe in your own ability to build and create your life. And often, it’s the simple moments—taking time to pause, look within, and connect with these parts of yourself—that create real healing. This impacts your relationships, your business decisions, and your ability to truly feel.
