Hi all, I’m Stephen in Colorado

I'm Stephen, I currently live in Colorado Springs, CO The most interesting place I've ever taken a breath was in a fighter jet while I was in the Air Force and getting to ride with some pilots in their backseat, they wanted to get me to throw up 🤮 because at the time I was a big bad college football player but I breathed and got through pulling the Gs.

Currently I am focused on becoming the healthiest strongest version of myself and being present for my 9 yo son
