Hello everyone!
Hi I'm MaC, oxygene advantage instructor located in Poland. Everyday sharing my breath with some folks in my area. Started BREATHWORK journey during sickness and it actually saved my life and to this day still helping me with my MS. And for me every next breath is most interesting 🙌
