Hello everyone! Thank you for joining the community! This is the place where I will store all of my educational courses for C4HP as well as where I will provide some extra goodies. You can also think of this as an open community of like-minded climbers and coaches coming together. You'll have more direct access to me through here as well since social media can get funny some times... Again, welcome and thank you for being here! In the comments, tell me A) who you are, B) what is you favorite climbing style, and C) one thing you are struggling with in climbing that I might be able to help you out on!

Unlevel or not
Hello Guys, Would you recommend using the unlevel edge just for the finger curls, or both for the finger curls and the block lifts ? Cheers
Talon vs pinch
Will the talon grip provide pretty much all of the benefits of a pinch grip, with some added benefits, or is there some extra benefits to pinch so that both should be trained?

Number of sets in Train Heroic
@Collin McGee Is the number of sets in the Train Heroic app the right number of sets for the 9-week program workouts? Some exercises have only 2 or 3 sets.
