Water is one of your best friends when it comes to chronic illness. It lubricates joints, supports brain function and flushes toxins.
I suggest people have a goal of half their body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 140 pounds, then drink 70 ounces of water per day.
This can be really hard for people! I like to add flavored electrolytes and just always keep water with me to sip on throughout the day. Itās better to sip than to guzzle it all at the end of the day.
What do you do that helps you drink more water?
