Best ways to clean mold
Here is what I like to use to clean mold: Vinegar is amazing (not bleach). Vinegar is an inexpensive way to clean so many things! You can clean floors, mirrors and clothes. I actually use vinegar on grout and add baking soda and then scrub with a toothbrush. It can slowly erode grout so don’t overdo it. Hydrogen peroxide is also a cheaper cleaning option. Thieves household cleaner from Young Living is also scientifically proven to kill and prevent mold. I use it undiluted when I’m working with mold. Have you found a good way to kill or prevent mold? Let’s share ideas!

Thanks Coleen - definitely something to share with my community (Hashimoto Healing). Eliminating toxins (mold, and the toxins in home cleaning products!) is one of the fundamentals in healing.
There is an important order to the healing process
So many people will start to throw supplements or meds at a medical issues and wonder why it isn't working. Through my training, I've learned that there is an important order to healing. When you're struggling with mold illness, you actually DON'T want to start antifungals too soon or you feel horrible and have reactions. This is the order that I follow with my clients: 1. Support the body and open the detox pathways (I have an entire lesson on this in the "Foundations First" Class). Jill Christa always says "Bioflavonoids before binders" That is because bioflavonoids support the kidneys which are a major detox pathway. 2. Nervous system support to calm the body (Accepting God's Peace class is a great resources) 3. Start Binders (You can find more info on binders in the Basics of Mold and Foundations First classes). I really like Carboxy, but everyone is different. A great herbal binder is chlorella. Bentonite Clay is helpful, but can bind minerals and interact with meds. Activated charcoal is actually not the best for mold as it is a large chain binder and really only supports the digestive system. With mold, we want binders that go into the brain. That's why I like fulvic and humic acids. They are short chain and can access the cells. 4. If we're doing ok on binders, we can start antifungals. I use biofilm busters and antifungals to start killing anything that might be colonizing within me, but this needs to be a later step. Remember to always give yourself grace and time in the healing process. We want to be better NOW, but that's not always the healthiest way to heal. What are your thoughts or experiences on this topic? Have you done this out of order and had reactions? What did you learn in the process?

thank you for providing a really clear roadmap. Making sure that the detox pathways are functioning efficiently *before* we start a detox protocol is so important.
Can you do me a favor?
Did you know that every community in Skool has an affiliate program? Here is a video for how to find your affiliate link: https://us02web.zoom.us/rec/share/3-GGPKhFfwzej12-6fv5FbARMmGbfUAhs5TrScmJkd4WU5KQmr9sjCwqXtyK7YmY.2TUY9758hJFk6iEL?startTime=1782423032000 Passcode: o7S0ne&@ You can get PAID to share this community! Would you be willing to take a moment to grab your link and send it to 10 people who could benefit from this community? I would really appreciate this! It costs me money to run this group and the only way this is sustainable is through growth.
