What is your favorite health and wellness book?
I love to read and am always looking for recommendations. I really liked reading "Why We Get Sick" by Benjamin Bickman. He provided lots of scientific support and practical tips. What was a really helpful book for you and why? If you don't have a favorite health book, what is a book you read recently that you loved? (I also like to just read for fun and to relax!)

@Ailie Mottern this book just popped up in a suggested list for me today. It’s so hard to tell how good a book is through Amazon reviews lol. I’m curious to know what her food suggestions consist of.
Change of Community Name
One thing I'm learning is that this community is like clay and I will mold and shape it over time. I received some feedback on the community and people told me to focus more on symptoms than on mold so I changed the name to a group I was already working with: Clear Mind Revival. Same great purpose, but with the goal in mind instead of the cause. Let me know what you think 💖

I just scoped out your About Page to make sure it was clear on what you do. Phew, it is! Lol. (You need to update the name there though still.) I just find some communities have such obscure titles and About Pages that it’s not worth my energy to try and figure it out lol.

Changing the "Tea Time" for Q and A
I had the original tea time for Q and A at 8am (CST) on Tuesdays and no one has made it yet. Please vote on a time that might work better for you. As we grow, I want a time that works for people. As you can tell, I'd like to put them on Thursdays. Once people start coming, I'll record the Q and A portion and post the recordings. If you're watching videos in the classroom, these are great opportunities to ask questions about the video content.

I’m a conundrum with this kind of thing…I really don’t do well with live anything. I prefer to do things at my own pace with less interactions, so obviously replays are my thing. But if I do attend something live that involves interactions, I hate being recorded lol. So my vote would be just for recordings and me avoid lives altogether. And yes, I have been told that I’m a pain in the ass lol.

What questions do you have about the healing process? I am still healing and just a little further along than some of you (maybe). What are you curious about? I really want your questions to guide the content of the group. I could just start spewing content, but that's not how I want this group to work. I would really LOVE your feedback!
