Why do I keep believing the right things but still reacting the wrong way?
Let’s call her Rachel.
She represents many of the women I meet.
A bill shows up she wasn’t expecting.
She pauses.
Her stomach drops before she even finishes reading it.
A thought flashes through her mind:
“How am I going to cover this?”
Her chest tightens. Her breathing gets shallow.
Five minutes later she’s at her laptop trying to make something happen. Opening tabs. Sending messages. Trying to push things forward before things fall apart.
Now pause the scene for a moment.
Rachel would say she believes God provides.
She agrees it’s the truth. She’s heard the teaching. She’s read the scriptures. She believes it should be true.
But belief isn’t measured by what we say we believe.
Belief shows up in what we do.
Our actions reveal what we actually believe in the moment.
If Rachel truly believed God was providing for her in that situation, her actions would look different. Her body would settle. Her decisions would come from peace instead of urgency.
Instead, fear took the lead.
Not because Rachel is pretending.
But because another belief is quietly running the system.
This is the cycle most people never see.
A circumstance happens.
It triggers a thought.
That thought creates a feeling in the body.
Thought + feeling become what your system actually believes.
And that belief drives your actions.
Those actions create your results and those results reinforce the belief.
Round and round it goes.
This is the mindset model I teach.
And it explains why someone can agree with the truth, speak the truth, and still react from fear when pressure rises.
The Savah Method interrupts that cycle.
Instead of trying to force better behavior or repeating the truth louder, we shift the belief where it is actually being formed — in the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body.
When that level changes, the loop breaks.
And the belief you’ve known in your mind finally begins to show up in your life.
If Rachel’s moment feels familiar, join us inside our community where we are renewing our minds through daily Quiet Times and practical tools that help women step out of striving and into peace-led lives and Holy Spirit-led businesses.
