🌿 When I walk into the forest, something in me softens.
The outer world falls away, and I feel a deeper connection with myself and the earth beneath my feet.
There is a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and a wider perspective.
My body often understands before my mind does.
This hasn’t always come easily.
Like any relationship, it has taken time and attention — and the more I return, the more naturally it arrives.
🌿 What shifts in you when you enter the forest?
🌿 For me, this embodiment practice is part of my daily practice and I am literally IN the forest, but it can also be a useful tool in any aspect of your life.
🌿 When you walk into a room, into a work task, into a group of people, this practice of being able to feel into and have a wise-body-knowing, is a reconnection to our true self and can make life and business much more authentic and ease-ful.
