We are what we eat
Chronic diseases have been rising significantly the last few decades. A big reason is what we're eating, SAD, or the Standard American Diet. Processed food, fast food, junk food.. and lots of it.
Some may say that food is expensive so what are we supposed to do? And it is.. food costs are rising. But some of the cheapest and most accessible foods? All plant-based.
Beans. Rice. Lentils. Potatoes. Oats. Frozen vegetables.
You don’t need fancy superfoods. You don’t need a complicated plan. You need structure, support, and meals that actually work in real life.
That’s why I created my community, The Plant-Powered Kitchen Club: https://www.skool.com/nadia/about
It’s a space for women who want to eat more plants without overthinking it. We share simple recipes, get out of the “same 4 meals” rut, and build habits that support energy and long-term health.
If you’ve been wanting to reset your kitchen and make plant-based eating feel easier (not harder), you’d fit right in. Join us ♥️
