What I wish I knew before starting my plant-based journey
When I first went plant-based, there was no one around me doing the same thing. Even years later, it can still feel lonely when what you eat isn't the norm. Sometimes there's nothing to eat and I've had to plan meals before I even leave the house. That's still part of my reality. That's why I wanted to be part of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲 this year. 95+ resources including high-protein vegan meal plans, gut-healing guides, easy family meals, and real accountability tools like trackers and checklists, not just recipes. 𝗠𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱. 💰 Worth $2,702.10, yours for just $50 (7 more days left). I'm so excited to share this with you all, as it's an incredible deal. I've been going through all the resources and it's honestly so jam packed with actionable tips, recipes, and workouts. I think you'll love it too. Build one healthy habit this week — July Challenge inside
July 1st, we're halfway through the year and I don't know about you but that hit me this morning. Six months gone, six months left, and I started thinking about all the habits I said I was going to build this year that kept getting pushed to next month. So this month I'm doing something about it, and I wanted to share it here too. I just launched a July Habit Challenge inside my community, the Plant-Powered Kitchen Club. Every week this month I drop a link to our Daily Habit Jar. You pull one habit, try it for a full week, and come back to share how it went. One habit, seven days, that's the whole thing. Here's what I know about habits though. They are so much easier to build when you're not doing it alone. Having a community to check in with, share wins with, and stay accountable to makes a difference that I don't think people talk about enough. We're not meant to do this stuff in isolation. The Plant-Powered Kitchen Club is for women who want more energy, better health, and a plant-based routine that actually fits their life. No overhauls, no complicated plans, just small consistent steps with people who get it. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗷𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 → nourishedbynadia.com/habit-jar And if you want to do the July challenge with a whole community behind you, come join us → skool.com/nadia/about

@Avinash Khatri I'm so glad you like this idea! I find that 30 day challenges can sometimes be overwhelming, so breaking it down into 7 day mini challenges this month may be easier to commit to 😊

@Jes Solo aww thank you!! You are so sweet, and you are such a lovely addition to our community. I also love your community, Cat Care Club. I have two cats, and the information you provide has been so helpful to keep them healthy for a very long time. Thank you for creating such an important and needed community for all of us cat lovers. And the love you have for cats and your community is so obvious 😻
5 Day Smoothie Challenge
I've been making smoothies almost every morning for over 15 years. It started because they were so easy to take to work, and then I just kept noticing how good I felt after drinking them consistently. That's really when they became a non-negotiable part of my mornings. Here's why I think they're one of the best habits you can build: - They're one of the easiest ways to pack in a huge variety of fruits, vegetables, and seeds in a single sitting. - They're gentle on digestion because blending breaks everything down before it even hits your stomach. - They give you steady energy without the crash you get from a processed breakfast. - And because you can make them in five minutes with frozen fruit and vegetables, there's really no excuse not to do it even on your busiest mornings. That's exactly why this week I'm running a free 5-day smoothie challenge inside my community, Plant-Powered Kitchen Club, and I wanted to share it here too in case anyone wants to join us. From April 20–24, I'll post a new whole food plant-based recipe every morning. You make your smoothie, snap a photo, and post it with your day number. I put together a complete guide with all five daily recipes, three staple smoothies you can swap in on any day, and a master shopping list so one grocery run covers your whole week. The challenge is completely free. If you want the guide and a spot in the community before Monday, drop a 🥤 below, DM me, or click on the link below: https://www.skool.com/nadia/about
