I thought this would be the biggest community of people interested in calisthenics who wanted to take their training to the next level.
I didn't even have a niche, it was just to talk about calisthenics.
My first goal was to sell a course inside the classroom.
After a few months of building the community and pushing the course, I realized nobody gave a damn. So I scratched it all, completely changed my niche, increased the price and started working with people more closely. Now I ONLY work with busy adult men, (professionals, and entrepreneurs). And I provide them with time-efficient training, nutrition, and recovery systems to build a powerful body without complicating their lives.
If I would have to tell my past self just one lesson, it would be: "before you want to build something, first figure out if people actually want it. It might save you months of your time and struggle."
