  • The original idea: “I thought my group would be a great place where people could learn how to lose weight and gain muscle the right way like I did.”
  • The problem you wanted to solve: for who? Men and women 30 + years old that are confused about what to do to reach their fitness goals like I was for so long.
  • Your first goal: what did success look like then? Getting our first members and watching their transformations. We are at 21 and slowly climbing.
  • What surprised you: what you didn’t expect. Been on skool for about a year now. The group has changed so much over that time but all for the better. Things are more streamlined and easy to follow for members.
  • What you’d tell past-you: one piece of advice. Listen to your members and what they want you to provide and how.
