If the pilot only relies on the aircraft's black box to understand how the flight is going, they are inevitably going to crash.ย โผ๏ธ
Instead, they need to watch the live cockpit instruments โ๏ธ
These represent the leading indicators: the daily, physical actions that actively move progress forward right now
๐ When clients stare at massive, distant targets and inevitably miss them, they experience severe emotional discomfort
Teach them to ๐๐ค๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ฉ๐ ๐ฟ๐๐จ๐๐ค๐ข๐๐ค๐ง๐ฉ
You must help them realise that the ๐๐ฃ๐ญ๐๐๐ฉ๐ฎ they feel is simply a constructed prediction made by the brain, not an objective truth about their capability
That discomfort is NOT a stop sign
It is simply a flashing warning light prompting them to look down at their cockpit instruments and adjust their daily actions
