Free one first, then the listing.
If your follow-up starts with "just checking in", the customer already knows what's coming. So do you. It asks for something and gives nothing.
Try this instead. One useful thing, then an easy choice.
"Hi Sarah, had a thought after we spoke about the quote. Would it help if I sent the two options side by side, or would you rather leave it till after half term?"
One reason to reply. Two easy answers. Neither of them is no.
That's the sort of thing we work on in Direct Sales Mastery. It's for direct salespeople and sales trainers who've plateaued and can't work out why. Openings, objections, closes, follow-up, from a sales manager who still leads from the front.
What's the worst follow-up message you've ever received?
