Selling Starts with your Content

Most people think sales come from posting more content.

But posting more doesn’t automatically build a business.

The real shift happens when your content starts leading people somewhere.

A lot of creators are posting tips, motivational quotes, and random “value” every day… but none of it is building trust, creating authority, or helping people see why they should take the next step.

So they end up with views…but no real momentum.

Your content should not just inform people. It should guide them.

𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞

• recognise the problem

• understand why it’s happening

• trust your perspective

• and feel clear about what to do next

That’s how people move from casually watching…to actually wanting your help.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝟑 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬:

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 This calls out the real issue your audience is facing.

Example:“If you’re posting every day and still not seeing results, it may not be a consistency problem. It may be that your content has no clear direction.”

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 This explains the deeper reason behind the problem and positions you as someone who understands it.

Example:“Most people are creating content with no journey attached to it. There’s no pathway from attention to trust to action.”

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 This gives people a clear next step.

Example:“If your content is getting views but not building trust, it’s time to rethink the way you’re creating.”

The goal isn’t to sound smart.The goal is to make people feel understood and clear.

Before you post, ask yourself:

Does this build trust?

Does this position me as someone who understands the problem?

Does this naturally lead people to the next step?

Because random content creates noise.

But authority content creates movement.

And when your content is structured properly, people stop seeing you as just another creator online…and start seeing you as someone worth listening to.
