Quick question for other Skool owners and builders 👇
When you’re running a community, working a job or business, and for some of you raising kids as well…
How well do you actually stay on top of your own health and fitness?
Not just short bursts of motivation, but week-in, week-out consistency.
I’ve noticed that when training, steps, and nutrition slip, everything else feels harder.
Focus drops.
Patience drops.
Energy drops.
And it shows up in how you lead and communicate.
On the flip side, when health is structured and non-negotiable, work feels lighter even when it’s busy.
Curious to hear from others in here:
  • What’s the hardest part about staying consistent?
  • Time? Energy? Structure?
  • Or just putting yourself last?
Always interested in how other community owners balance performance and real life.
