Onboarding ~ How Do You Welcome Members Into Your Community?
As a coach, course creator and Skool owner, what are the first interactions members have as they enter your community?
The first 10 minutes inside a community will have members fully in or quiet quitting their way out. Raving fan or lurker.
Your onboarding could easily be compared to a front porch moment.
Soo... what's your entry way look like?
🤖 I hit them with a 15-step DM sequence and hope they survive.
👋 I post a group welcome and tag new members.
🧍 I wait for them to introduce themselves.
🤝 Secret handshake while we connect in the DMs.
😬 Honestly... I don’t have a real onboarding process yet.
