With it being Valentine’s Day, I’d love to invite you to notice love and how it feels in you. Instead of thinking about love in general, or how you can "get" love or "give" love, take a pause and notice how different forms of love actually feel in your body.
How does unconditional love feel in you?
What about love that feels conditional?
Can you sense the energy of first love, or the feeling of being fully accepted (and loved) just as you are?
Notice friendship love, romantic love, and even the nurturing presence of self-love.
Each one can have its own texture, warmth, softness, or movement inside.
