My #FeatureStory – Why Authentic AF Exists

Authentic AF started because I kept seeing the same pattern—men who looked successful, functional, even “happy,” but were quietly disconnected, lonely, and carrying things they never felt safe to say out loud. As a survivor of multiple suicide attempts, I’m committed to helping more men avoid hitting rock bottom.

For years, through my podcast Real Men Feel, coaching, and my own healing journey, men shared the truth they weren’t telling anyone else: “I’ve done everything I’m supposed to. Why do I still feel so empty?”

Too many spaces tell men to toughen up, fix themselves, or perform a version of masculinity that never quite fit.

I wanted to create something different.

A place where men could drop the mask, speak honestly, and be met without judgment, fixing, or competition.

Authentic AF is for men who know there’s more to life than “I’m fine”—and are ready to explore it together.
