Two years ago, I started at 466 lbs. Today, I’m 366 lbs.
That’s 100 pounds gone.
I still have 67 lbs to go before I treat myself to a vacation, but today I’m celebrating the win.
My plan has been simple: I don’t buy it, so I can’t eat it.
The real victory is one small win at a time — one meal, one choice, one day.
For me, this changed when I began to understand my Body Mass Identity — the story, habits, environment, and identity patterns connected to my weight.
I’m not done, but I’ve learned how to keep going, and I finally feel free again.
If you feel stuck in your own journey, message me RESET. I’m opening a few spots for a 30-day Identity Reset Coaching Sprint.
