This is something I do in YouTube video each week and I put a very long and juicy version inside of my community for empaths and highly sensitive people.

Then what I do during the week is I add any updates about solar storms, Schuman resonance spikes, and other things that cannot be predicted in advance.

Those of us who have very sensitive nervous systems can be very much aware of cosmic and planetary forces but perhaps not understand or realize that that's what we're reacting to. So one of the huge benefits of being in my community is that you start to develop the ability to discern what you're feeling and where it might be coming from. This helps you calm your nervous system and feel more safe more of the time.

Each month we have one play shop, a couple of playdates, a closing your loops coworking session, and lots of nervous system and energy interpretation training wearing the costume of fun and play!
