Hi everyone, I wanted to share a new Skool community I’ve been building called The Now Mode.
It’s a calm, practice based space for people who feel mentally busy or overwhelmed and want simple ways to return to the present moment in everyday life. The focus is on noticing when the mind has drifted, pausing briefly, and gently returning, using short reflections, breathing, and a one minute pause practice.
This is not therapy and not traditional meditation. There’s no pressure to perform, optimise, or keep up. Members have access to short courses and a quiet environment they can return to whenever they need.
I’m building this slowly and intentionally, and sharing it here for anyone who feels drawn to a gentler, presence focused approach.
