I’m done pretending I have it all together, and you should be too.
I’ve spent 7 years as a counselor and even longer navigating my own ADHD. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that the most exhausting part of having ADHD isn't the lack of focus—it’s the "masking." It’s the energy we spend every day trying to look "normal" in a world that wasn’t built for our brains.
I wanted to create a space where the mask comes off.
That’s why I’ve officially opened ADHD Unmasked. This isn't just for one group; it’s an inclusive community for everyone who is ready to stop fighting their own wiring and start working with it.
Inside, we’re keeping things simple and human:
🚀 Real Tools: We focus on executive function strategies that actually work for neurodivergent brains (no "just use a planner" advice here).
🧠 Zero Masking: A judgment-free space where you can finally be authentic about your struggles and your wins.
🌱 Full Balance: We look at the big picture—mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social health.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re working twice as hard just to stay at baseline, you belong here. You don’t have to figure this out alone anymore.
I’d love to see you on the inside. 🤜🤛
