but improving my health had less to do with “trying harder” and more to do with getting closer to the way humans are actually designed to live.
More protein.
More minerals.
More time outside.
Better sleep.
Less processed food.
Less fear.
It changed everything for me.
Now I’m building a space for women wanting to learn this stuff together.
