I am grateful to be able to share and see the other sharing in this community. I am a former multi-time US National Taekwondo Champion that helps athletes, fighters, martial artists, dancers, sprinters, the injured, the elderly, and everyone in between - with a set of combined modalities that produce what I have coined as E❌PLOSIVE Mobility. It is the expression of flexibility and explosive force production for power across ranges of motion. This is more than skill enhancement, it is longevity training that also produces substantial lower body muscle with no equipment. I am doing this at 53, and still growing in skills and usable musculature. I would love to help more of the people here with what seems inaccessible to most.
