This week we've been talking about mental health being health.

One of our community members recently asked for a plain-language explanation of a fairly complex mental health diagnosis: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).

I reached into my experience as a nurse and medical transcriptionist, researched the condition, wrote a comprehensive Health Article, and added it to Ask Lynne's ABCs of Health.
