Back when I was a health coach, I remember one of my big platforms was about watching your numbers. But not the numbers most women keep tabs on - weight, waistline and calories.
I was about the health numbers: blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.
Fast forward to today as I dive into Skool (one month and a few days ago) I promised I would detach from the numbers as a measure of "success" and just "make friends" with them.
At the time I was thinking more about the number of members in my community. Whether I had 1, or 3 or 300 (or wowza, 3,000) I'd by ok with that.
The thing is that the numbers really getting me in the feels today are the discovery numbers. I've been fascinated to see how much our group has risen from the ashes in just 30 days.
Today we're ranked at 3895.
Our retention rate is 100%.
We have 12 bold members.
Engagement rate is.... 92%!
Moral of the story.
Follow the numbers.
Remember, they're data.
You can make friends with data.
