โ€“ 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
โ€“ 1/8 cup blackberries
โ€“ 1/2 cup coconut milk
โ€“ 1 tbsp fresh chopped peppermint
โ€“ 1 tbsp chia seeds
โ€“ 1 tbsp hemp seeds
โ€“ 1/2 cup water
Blend & enjoy. Your body will thank you.
