If you've been dealing with random itchiness, flushing, headaches, congested sinuses, or that wired-but-exhausted feeling you can't explain... your histamine levels might be talking.
In perimenopause, estrogen fluctuations and dropping progesterone create the perfect storm for histamine to build up in your body, faster than you can clear it. And most women (and their doctors) have no idea.
Here's one of my favourite smoothies to help calm things down naturally
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
โ 1/8 cup blackberries
โ 1/2 cup coconut milk
โ 1 tbsp fresh chopped peppermint
โ 1 tbsp chia seeds
โ 1 tbsp hemp seeds
โ 1/2 cup water
Blend & enjoy. Your body will thank you.
