How do you work things out when your head feels busy? 🌿
One tool I use a lot is the GROW model:
🌱 Goal --- What do you want here? Try to keep it to one clear sentence.
🍃 Reality --- What’s going on right now? What’s getting in the way?
🌾 Options --- What could you do? List a few, even if they’re not perfect.
🌻 Way forward --- What’s one step you’ll take next?
I like it because it gives just enough structure without making it too complicated 🌼
🌷 You can journal it or use it in a conversation with someone else.
