I started my work because I kept meeting smart, motivated women who were doing “everything right” — and still felt stuck.
They were eating less, exercising more, tracking everything… yet gaining weight, losing energy, and starting to believe something was wrong with them.
As a functional dietitian , I could see the pattern.
This wasn’t a willpower problem. It was a physiology problem.
Chronic dieting, stress, blood sugar imbalance, and hormones were quietly working against them.
My “why” is helping women stop fighting their bodies and start understanding them — so they can rebuild trust with food, heal their metabolism, and feel strong again without living in restriction.
