๐Ÿ‘‰#Feature Story: Why Curiosity Matters
We are born with an innate ability.
We get to be curious for some time.
Until we enter the educational system.
We unlearn to be curious.
It's not encouraged, rewarded, nor celebrated.
Instead, you need to conform, perform, and meet expectations.
It's not your curiosity, creativity, and authenticity that matters, it's your ability to do exactly what you are being told. If you don't, you are the problem, and you'll likely have a problem.
That doesn't seem right, I agree. But we do continue to prepare next generations to participate in society like that. It needs to change, big time.
It starts with our generation to take responsibility by becoming more aware and curious ourselves.
That's the only way we understand how important it is to lead by example.
