Quick question: do you know who's Duolingo's founder? I mean... People are not online looking for personalities. They are online looking for fixiing the problems they have.
They follow Duolingo because of their need to learn a new language. Duolingo just built the system around it.
I'm not trying to build the next Duolingo but I did build a 215.000+ followers LinkedIn company page and a Skool community with 2.000+ members (and counting) using the exact same logic:
No face, no personal brand, just a clear need and infrastructure around it.
Now I'm doing it again, from zero, in public.
Not sure where I'm gonna get, but I know the system works.
Come find out with me.
Which one are you building, personal brand or invisible system?
