I shared this tip today with a man who said he didn't know hot to set goals.
Here's a simple way to explore that.
Give yourself a few minutes with nothing going on, get a pen and paper, take a few deep breathes, then write "I would love to be, do or have...."
and let it flow. Write as much as you can for 5 minutes, then read it back and see what really connects with you.
You just might discover a goal.
