NeuroSomatic Art Studio is a small, steady space for people who want to slow down and reconnect with themselves through art and the body. This group is about using simple art practices to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and notice what’s happening inside, without pressure to be creative in any particular way. Some days that looks like a five-minute practice to settle your system. Other times it means staying longer with materials, movement, and meaningful themes.
There’s no expectation to share, perform, or “be good” at art. This is for beginners, sensitive systems, and anyone who needs a quieter, more grounded way to unwind and reset.
You can participate at your own pace, with free daily practices available and a premium option for those who want deeper projects, live classes, and longer therapeutic work.
The focus here is simple: art as a way to listen to your body and come back to yourself.
