AI Accelerator -- Using AI as a Thought Partner
I used to open ChatGPT and ask it to do things for me.
Now I open it and ask it to think with me.
That one shift changed everything about how I run my business.
Asking AI to "write me an email" gets you a mediocre email. Asking it "here's the situation, here's what I'm trying to accomplish, here's what I'm worried about — what am I missing?" gets you a strategist.
The first treats AI like a vending machine. The second treats it like a colleague who happens to have read the entire internet.
Most people are still putting quarters in the vending machine and wondering why the output feels generic. It's not the model. It's the relationship.
