Adulting is Hard 😩

The reason I started the Soulfully Authentic community was because I want middle aged women to feel like they are not alone, forgotten, maybe even disconnected from themselves.

Because let’s be honest adult life is hard. We always feel like we have to be strong, put on a brave face and soldier on, and sometimes we don’t feel strong. Sometimes we just need a shoulder to cry on, or to have fun again. To feel like that carefree, happy child again! I want us women to feel like we can laugh, cry, share all the things. Not just the neat and tidy ones. We grow together, yes, but we have fun doing it!
