Here automations you can easily do for Skool using zapier (no code required).

1. Put the answers of membership questions on a spreadsheet. Make charts based on the answers so you can have good Market research insight. I ask people why they joined and have a pie chart that makes it clear what should be my priority based on the needs of my members.

2. Add your members email to your mail marketing tool. Zapier integrates well with several mail marketing tools like MailChimp, Kit and MailerLite. You can use Zapier to connect the email from membership questions to your mailmarketing tool and get automations rolling from there, as a chain of automatic emails, for example.

3. Send a gmail email as people join. That one is very simple, but lacks the features you would get using a mailmarketing tool. You can do it if you want a more simple and easy approach.

3. Send SMS as soon as people join. It requires some third party apps, but they are very low cost and it is an alternative to mailmarketing.

4. Unlock new course/send certificate after filling a form: You can put a form for people to fill at the end of a course or on social media, or even on a post inside your community. After filling that form, you can unlock a private course automatically. Or you can send them a personalized certificate by email. Imagine doing that for a challenge, unlocking automatically levels of a challenge if they fill a form at the end of each phase.

5. Fill a form and get a freebie on email: You can do that even if you have a hoby plan. You can link the form on a post, at the classroom and on social media.
