Chris, on one of your current Kerr talk videos you mentioned that you had purchased several of the toepro devices from human locomotion. Have you started to integrate those with your sprinters? If so, is that a daily exercise?
Chris- Could you explain where we want the foot on the blocks? Should the foot be pushed up on the blocks or is there a slight gap in between the heel and the block?
Would love to see some of the single leg or kickstand upper body variations you spoke about. How you utilize the 1080 or free weights to accomplish the elbow crossing the body during the movement.
