I'm assuming these are what you are talking about: https://www.humanlocomotion.com/products/focal-vibration-motors/ I've used these with the prescribed workout for the Quads, Hamstrings, Peroneal, and Calves. I've found that if you are able to keep up with the 1x month maintenance protocol grumpy hamstrings and calves have disappeared in my kids. I'm wondering if you have experimented with any other muscle groups like oblique's, adductors, QLs, or glutes.
