V Sits
Hi everyone, does anyone know where I can find out more about the 'V Sit' exercises from the Basic Sprinter Workouts? I'm interested in the rationale behind them, but I couldn't find any video or lecture where it's explained.

Spinal stiffness is V-Sit

I use it when someone overly recruits their deep neck flexors when they move. They will stick their chin out when they sprint
No resistance cords or 1080 so…
Ok all here is my question and I’m sure this has been asked many times. But I have no resistance cords and no 1080 to do exercises in which you in abduct and adduct with or do anything where something is attached to your ankle. When I have tried to recreate these exercises using a band, i feel like it doesn’t do s*it Any suggestions?

Logistics of training everyone
Chris, You mention that you allow your track athletes to come and train with you free of charge, love that idea. The question I have is the timing factor. Do you only do training at certain times on certain days, or do they just show up and say I'm here to train at any given time? Current model for myself is I schedule different athletes at different times, trying to separate the younger kids (age 9-12) from the high school and college kids. Not sure I want one of my high school athletes showing up to train with a 9 yo. But then maybe my mindset and coaching needs to change to accommodate that? How does all of that work together? Thanks

They have to let me know when they are coming. I schedule things. I don't have an open gym
Toe Pro
Group - I have 2 toe pro’s arriving today and am not going to have any of the kids use em until I can do them all myself (at least to some extent) - my question is (for those of you who know) is the Human Locomotion YouTube place the best to get instruction or is there another YouTube page? Thanks all

help me schedule zoom calls
It's been a crazy week. I had a parent pass away and I have lost track of who is doing a zoom call with me. Please send an email to korfist1@comcast.net. If you have specific question of film, please let me know so I can be prepared. Looking forward to talking
