No resistance cords or 1080 so…
Ok all here is my question and I’m sure this has been asked many times. But I have no resistance cords and no 1080 to do exercises in which you in abduct and adduct with or do anything where something is attached to your ankle. When I have tried to recreate these exercises using a band, i feel like it doesn’t do s*it
Any suggestions?
