Hey Skool friends,It’s Maxence — chia fan et amateur de calme intérieur (French for: I love moments of peace). Between emails, errands, and existential crises about your outfit, what if you took 5 minutes just for you? Today, we’re mixing chia with mindfulness — yes, your snack can be both healthy and spiritual ✨ ☕ Mindful Ritual: The Chai-Chia Latte A warm, soothing hug in a cup — no dairy, no stress, just you and your spoon. Ingredients: - 250 ml oat milk - 1 tsp chai spice mix (or cinnamon + cardamom + ginger) - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds Steps: 1. Warm the milk gently with the chai spices, vanilla and maple. 2. Add chia seeds and stir well. 3. Let sit 10 min (or blend for a smooth texture). 4. Pour in a cute cup. Sit down. Breathe. Sip slowly. 🧘‍♂️ Mini-Meditation While Your Chia Rests While your chia pudding thickens... you can soften too. Try this: 🔹 Sit quietly, feet flat on the ground 🔹 Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds 🔹 Hold 2 seconds 🔹 Exhale gently for 6 secondsRepeat 3x. Feel better? Told you. 🪷 Lifestyle Tip: Turn snacks into rituals Eat from real dishes. Use a tiny spoon. Add a slice of orange to your table. Light a candle. Play Edith Piaf in the background. Even 5 minutes can feel like a café in Paris.

🌞 Morning Rituals: Start Your Day Like a French Chia Lover
Bonjour Skool friends!I'm Maxence, your friendly Parisian chia enthusiast. For over 10 years, chia has been my secret weapon for feeling good, light, and ready to tackle anything — even French bureaucracy 😅 Let’s talk morning rituals. You know that sacred window before emails start buzzing, when coffee is hot, the world is quiet, and you get to take care of you. What if you added a spoonful of chia magic to that? Here are 3 easy chia recipes that turn mornings from “meh” to “mais oui!” — French-inspired, nutrient-packed, and très chic. 🥣 1. Vanilla Raspberry Chia Pudding — à la Parisienne A timeless classic. Light, fruity, and perfect for your tiny glass verrines (because... French). Ingredients: - 200 ml almond milk - 2 tbsp chia seeds - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tbsp maple syrup - Handful of fresh raspberries - Optional: dark chocolate shavings for the ooh la la touch How to:Mix, let sit overnight, stir, and top with fresh raspberries. Add a few dark chocolate shavings if you’re feeling indulgent (you should be). 🍌 2. Chia Banana Almond Butter Power Bowl Think banana bread, but in pudding form — and healthier. Great for mornings when you need to feel like you’ve got your life together. Ingredients: - 2 tbsp chia seeds - 100 ml plant milk - ½ mashed ripe banana - 1 tsp almond butter - Pinch of cinnamon How to:Mix it all, let sit 30 mins or overnight. Serve topped with banana slices and a drizzle of almond butter. Eat while pretending you’re on a yoga retreat. 🍵 3. Matcha-Chia Wake-Up Shot A tiny green boost for those “no time to eat” mornings. Or just when you want to feel superior to people drinking regular coffee ☕️ Ingredients: - 1 tbsp chia seeds - 100 ml coconut water - ½ tsp matcha powder - Optional: squeeze of lime How to:Mix and let sit 1 hour. Stir again. Drink cold and enjoy that calm matcha buzz like a Zen Parisian monk. ✨ Why This Matters: - Energy that lasts all morning — no sugar crash - Gentle digestion support - That feeling of “I’m doing something good for me” (very French, très chic)
