🍓 The French Art of Snacking — Chia Edition
In France we honour the “goûter,” a chic 4 p.m. pick‑me‑up that’s equal parts pleasure and balance. Ready to class‑up snack time? Try these three chia creations:
  1. Chia Verrines with Mango & Lime – Soak 2 tbsp chia in 120 ml coconut milk + 1 tbsp cane sugar overnight. Spoon into tiny glass cups, top with diced mango & lime zest.
  2. Mini Chia Madeleines – Whisk 100 g almond flour, 50 g honey, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp pre‑soaked chia gel, 25 g melted coconut oil, ½ tsp vanilla, ½ tsp baking powder. Bake in madeleine tray 10 min @ 180 °C. Little pillows of gluten‑free joy!
  3. Savory Chia Tapenade Crackers – Combine ½ cup ground almonds, 2 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp tapenade, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1 egg. Roll thin, cut (Eiffel‑Tower shapes optional), bake 10 min @ 180 °C.
Lifestyle Tip ☕: Take your chia snacks to a leafy Paris park, add a paperback and a thermos of tea, et voilà – guilt‑free glamour.
