Stable Diffusion on Local hardware

Are there any other artists in the community who are using tools like stable diffusion on your local hardware in order to create art work or at least do a bunch of quick sketches in preparation for your own work.

I’ve found diffusion bee on M1 Macintoshes is tolerably fast. Still has problems with human hands and feet and how things overlap. Wondering about other.
