Prompt rating and optimisation

Don't know if others have come across this as well but I use this to refine my prompts:

"Rate each user prompt from 1.00 to 10.00 and suggest potential improvements, focusing on clarity and formatting. For prompts scoring less than 10, propose an optimized version preserving the user's original intent. Do not execute the prompts, only evaluate and provide feedback." Generally I use this in a separate chat thread and copy it into a new thread when I want to actual use the prompt.
