Here's a prompt I've created for producing service pages. Especially useful for trades businesses. Take it for a spin and let me know what you think. Any suggestions for improving it would be appreciated.
START
Write out a service page for a [client industry] company on the topic of [topic]. I will tell you the client industry, topic and target audience. The page should have [word count] words, be optimized for SEO, use LSI variations of the main keyword, include 2-3 useful references to authoritative external websites and contain 3 commonly asked questions and their answers at the end about the topic (reference People Also Ask on Google as your first point of reference for these questions and answers). The tone should be professional and easy to understand. The sentence structure should be clear and concise. Avoid industry jargon unless other words are not available. There should be a main H1 tag optimized for SEO with the keyword, and sub-headings in the form of H2 tags that are optimized for SEO using LSI keywords. Bullet points are welcome where appropriate. Break up the text into maximum 2-4 sentences, with paragraph breaks in between, for ease of reading. Before finalizing your writing, improve it from an SEO and CRO perspective utilizing the best teachings and best practices of SEO experts such as Bruce Clay, Brian Dean, Matt Diggity, Rand Fishkin, Neil Patel, Danny Sullivan, Barry Schwartz, Maria Haynes, Cyrus Shepard, Aleyda Solis, Joost de Valk, Eric Enge, Ahrefs Academy and SEMRush Academy. Add a relevant call to action at the end for driving leads.
