One-Time Code

I have a ChatGPT problem. My last login timed out so I had to re-login to ChatGPT. After putting in my password and pressing submit, it asked me for my One-Time Code. When I first received it, I thought is was for just that "one-time" so I did not save it. I started a helpdesk ticket with OpenAI, but they say it could take a week before I get a response. Do you have any solutions? Thanks.
