I apologize in advance because I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place for these questions but I'm at my wits end. I bought the Basic Plan from Midjourney Inc #2315-5036 $96.00, Paid on February 27, 2023 but why does Midjourney tell me I have no current subscriptions? What am I missing? I haven't been able to use the service past the trial. :-(

I have sent multiple emails to support@midjourney.com and even contacted the CEO on Linkedin, no response from anyone.
