How to create an animated character and clone voice!

Hi everyone. I am keen to find out whether it is possible to create an animated version (cartoon/caricature style) of myself, and to recreate my voice by uploading a text file (rather than me having to record a voiceover). My intention is to create animated style educational videos for a membership site - and hoping this could help me create a lot more in half the time. Any suggestions for sites to explore would be much appreciated!
