chatgpt getting dump after playing with it a couple of hours

Hello everyone,

I've observed a decline in the performance of models like ChatGPT-4 and other platforms build upon chatgpt, such as CustomGPT after using them for a while. I suspect this might be due to reaching some request limitations or over load. Additionally, I've noticed that CustomGPT's performance can be inconsistent, sometimes good and sometimes not. Has anyone else encountered similar issues, and do you have any insights or suggestions on how to address this? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
